Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all training and consulting sessions booked through the website. By booking a session, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Time Zone Reference
All session times and cancellation deadlines are strictly based on Central European Time (CET/CEST), which is the official service time zone.
3. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Session
Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. In such cases, the client is eligible for a full refund.
4. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Session
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for any refund.
5. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not offered. Clients wishing to change their session time must cancel their existing booking in accordance with this policy and book a new session.
7. Service Provider Cancellation
If a session is cancelled by the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, platform failure, or personal unavailability, the client will be entitled to either a full refund or an option to reschedule at no additional cost.
8. Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues on the service provider’s side that prevent the session from being delivered, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded at the client’s choice.
9. Payment Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
